This years Wow House at Chelsea Gala evening was a masterclass in creative interiors. The room that truly stole my heart was Staffan Tollgard’s black and White study Phillip Jeffries Study by Staffan Tollgård – WOW!house | Design Centre Chelsea Harbour using Wallpaper by Philip Jeffries Phillip Jeffries | Your Source for Wallcovering. It was bold, sculptural and serene at the same time. The Mocochrome palete is layered with textures, tones, and a beautiful use of Philip Jeffries Wallpaper, which brings rhythm and softness to the space. As a stockist it was a joy to see their product being used with confidence and clarity.
Back at Signature Walls showroom I found myself sketching ways to reinterpret the same mood using our own materials for example some of our venetian plaster finishes paired with Philip Jeffries textured papers and microcement.
To top it off I had the chance to meet with Rebecca from Christopher Farr Cloth Christopher Farr Cloth. Home, another fabric company I love. Their expressive, artistic fabrics would layer beautifully into this kind of space, bringing a hint of colour or pattern against more restrained finishes.
If you would like to create a look like this for your own home. I would love to show you how to mix artisan finishes with striking textiles and bring a little bit Wow house into your own space.
